What is the typical lead time for custom-made products?
Since most of our panels and bass traps are handcrafted to order, lead times typically range from 2 to 4 weeks depending on the current production volume and fabric selection.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, GIK Acoustics ships worldwide. We have manufacturing facilities in both the USA and Europe to help minimize shipping costs and delivery times for our global customers.
What materials are used in your acoustic treatments?
We use high-quality, eco-friendly absorption materials such as ECOSE technology mineral wool. Our products are designed to be Greenguard Gold certified for indoor air quality.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
