At GIK Acoustics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your acoustic treatment; if you are not happy with your purchase, most standard products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Contact Support

Email our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your original order details.

Package Your Items

Carefully repack the products in their original shipping boxes with all internal protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

Ship the Return

Affix the return label and ship the package back to our facility; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse receives and inspects the panels for damage, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
